7-Day Return Window: We offer a strict 7-day return policy, starting from the date your order is delivered. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for a refund or exchange within this period.
Conditions for Returns:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Products must be returned in pristine, resellable condition.
Opened or used candles, wax melts etc are strictly non-returnable unless faulty.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at support@baycityscents.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.*
Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Await instructions from our team on how to return the item.
* Please note, all shipping costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer unless a shipping error has occurred by Bay City Scents.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued as store credit within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be processed.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless otherwise stated.
